英语：课本与现实
英语教材在基础方面通常做得不错，但它们往往过度依赖一种语域——干净、礼貌、完整的句子。真实的口语英语范围更广：缩略形式是标准的（不是可选的），回应比教材对话所暗示的更短，一些非常常见的短语很晚才引入或根本不被引入。
